ok, my gf has found a fish she's in love with, i cant find a picture of it anywhere, ive done every search i can think of, and i cant find the darn thing.
here's a description of it
its pink, purple, and yellow, and starting at the jaw, on either side of its face, it has a yellow line coming off it, with light pink around it.
can anyone possibly identify that fish from that description? or at least point me in the right direction?
also, it gets between 5 and 7 inches long

we saw it at a LFS and we've looked at all the anthias on this site, and any others we can find, and nothing matches lol. she thinks its somethinglike a burlettes anthias, its not a bartlettes, we already checked him out.

Is that at least the general shape, and the features the fish has? Does it at least look like the BiMac or Carberryi, minus the color difference?
BTW, how on earth do you know what size the fish gets, without knowing what fish it is?

Well, if it's an Anthias, there's only so many species that reach 7".
Could it be a Lyretail? Maybe part way through a transition from female to male?
