My husband and I tried for children for a number of years and suffered many miss carriages. Most were early on and while it still hurt I was able to manage. We suffered a still born though and it killed me for a long time. It' no where near your loss as I never watch my baby grow and experiance life, but at the time she was all I had. It's been 8 years and now I have two more beautiful children it eases the pain some, but it will always hurt my heart.

I'm sorry, my wife was actually early stage of pregnancy when this happened and as you can guess, we had a miscarriage as well.. it was really a punch to the kidneys because I was still hoping and glad that God had blessed us with another one.. but no.. that wasn't the plan as it showed later... sigh... It's never easy, loss is a loss and as a parent, you will forever have that pain, hole in your heart.. Again, I'm really sorry for your loss as well...

In the Bible story of Job, he lost everything, but in the end he got double of everything back, double donkeys, double sheep, goats and camels...but not the number of children he lost, he had more born to him, the same number of children that he lost to the twister that distroyed their house when the four corners fell on them and they died, killing them all.
I think Job got his double blessing concerning his children too....I don't know how, or when, but somehow God did the impossible for Job, because he was a good man and held to his faith.

I feel your pain. My wife had a miscarriage on our first try. I felt empty for several weeks and had a hard time going through daily functions.
But God later gave us the best thing in my life and she will be 6 next week, our one and only.
