Yikes.....Im scared of the dark! Thanks NM, cant wait to get some more. I have no experience with sps, except my cap which is growing like a weed so I thought Id start with one of the easier ones.

I'd like to try one of those myself. Now that you have entered the dark side if your not already doing it you may want to consider dripping kalkwasser for constant available calcium depending on your bio load. Keep those test scores up to par and you'll do fine.

Calcium depletion is not a prob......I only have some brains (5) cap, cup, bubble and now this. Ill keep my eye on the levels although my cal has never gone under 450. I already have the kalk from an episode of mojano, so I'll be ready if needed. Cant wait to post progression pics!!! (Never thought I could stare at a stick and not get bored)

Here it is again, there are some zoos to the left for comparison. I've fragged him a few times for trades so he hasn't had a real chance to grow. It's amazing how thick it has become compared to when I first got him.

Today i am very happy, got a 92% for my major Biology test and a 82.5% for my Econimic Sciences big ass test thingy so guess wat my dad promised to get me.... (drum roll) a Kalk mixer, and if i do good in my Geography test i get a 250ww metal Halide... YAY!!!! and im saving up for somemore sticks, hopefully going to get me some green bali sps soon and a T.maxima when the LFS gets somemore stock.
Well done on your tank man and Mojo you have inspired me to build a 400G tank in the spare room (if my mom will le me knock down the wall...)...just thinking on that i may have to wait till i get my own place for that dream tank... oh well...

Just a little update, stick is doing great!!! Fast grower. Havnt purchased anymore though, going back to school full time in Aug after 20yrs!!!! Weird thing is, there is a 3yr waiting list for the dental program, and I got in 2 months after I applied! (prob cause Im so old!)They think hubby makes to much for student aid, so we be footin the whole bill. My hubbys great!!!!
