Anthellia can deflate its polyps but you can still see the tentacles as they cannot be withdrawn completely into the calyx.
That's good to know. I just added anthelia this morning to my tank and it is deflated...I thought that I was dying. I assumed it would have just withdrawn it's polyps like other corals. Hopefully it will look nice tomorrow so I can post my pictures in the other thread. :jumping:

Be very carefull with the flame angel.
I went on vactaion for a week while a friend came over and took care of the fish. (I trust that he did it right.) I had had my flame for about 2 weeks. When I got back he had eaten enough of my bubble coral to kill it and over half a Brain coral about the size of your fist. There was nothing my friend could do to stop it and he probobly didn't even know what was happening.
I got rid of that one. Really stucks cause they are so beautiful but after that I will not own another.
