I wanted to add a dwarf angel to my tank. I am not sure what type since all of them are very colorful. I was wondering if they would pick on any of my other fish or inverts. I have a cleaner shrimp, 1 fire fish, 2 bar gobys, 1 small green mandarin, 1 small gold striped maroon clown, 2 sally light foots, some blue hermits, 1 small royal gramma, a brittle star, and a blue sea star. Wich dwarf angel would go best with my tank.

Hi Jake,
Pygmy Angels are best left for large reef systems. They need to pick at the rocks all day. Your tank is already overcrowded IMO.

dwarf angels need atleast a 29 gallon tank... they also need a well-establish tank before their addition... they also need LR to pick on... i think that you already have a handful for your tank.. just enjoy what you have for now and get a bigger (100 gal) tank when you can.. you'll be able to put some tangs and the dwarf angels that you would like..
