I think that would look great. If you find that it's too blue for your taste then just swap an ActinicWhite for an SuperActinic (assuming you use URI VHO bulbs )
fyi - the 430 will also light PC bulbs....

In my opinion, if your canopy isn't very tall you should use 3 250 watt Double-Ended HQI bulbs. Double-Ended bulbs need a glass cover and that cover will protect the bulbs from small splashes.
