I'm sitting here reading some of these posts wondering when and what I want to do with my now fishless DT. will start a new thread when it's time to get new occupants andwanting input on wether to get sea horses and pipefish (thanks meowzer and Theresa Q) or go with other fish. Leaving the tank fishless until late June or so to insure the tank is truely ich free. Any input?

Yeah probably best to let it sit for a while. Better safe than sorry. That's a bummer but I've been there too. You're not a true reef addict untill you've been through some sort of disaster on kept on going. Best wishes for what ever you decide to do next.

In a way its pretty exciting because I get to start over, going to clean the tank out good, relandscape the aquascape clean the wet/dry filter and the pumps and skimmers, overflow box and go to town. Reading my Marine book now and checking out some new critters.

Hmm, that's exactly what happened with my angel. Stopped eating, sluggish, died.
Good luck to you! Post in this thread when you start your new thread.

well he is not in the MICU but I do have one fish left in hypo.... the neon dottyback. He's being a little trooper and if he can hange in there the salinity will be raised in 2 weeks. these aggressive little bugars are tough so, Taz may be the one that survives this. One the flip side however, I can't add him in my DT until last for he will attack anyhting that goes in the tank. DANGIT..... hahaha

No, I agree 100%. When my clowns had ich and the pulled through it was quite cool knowing you were able to help them.
