cant tell if this is a pod, or a baby mantis... i tried to enhance the image as best as I could... he is about 1/2 to 3/4 inches long.. looks like he has clubs underneath his body, and he looked like he was atacking another smaller pod..
do pods attack each other???
let me know what you think... i think i may have a tankfull of these.

pods usually don't attack each other, maybe a pistol baby, but to me it looks the exact same as my baby cleaner shrimp
