ID Needed!!

This is from a friend on another site...
Anyone know what the yellow thing is in the pictures?? He said it is definitely alive as he saw it crawling on a rock has like 4 or 5 almost like arms.

He's thinking spaghetti worm.

Spaghetti's usually don't don't out of their tubes in the sand so all you see are their tentacles. When you see the worm as well as the tentacles , it's usually a hair worm. The are typically under the sand bed, but don't have permanent tube so they are more inclined to be mobile. Mine use to crawl up the glass occasionally.

It's definately not a Spaghetti Worm. It could be a Hairworm but I need a closeup. There are a few other things it could be, none of them are harmful to the Zoa.
