Spaghetti's usually don't don't out of their tubes in the sand so all you see are their tentacles. When you see the worm as well as the tentacles , it's usually a hair worm. The are typically under the sand bed, but don't have permanent tube so they are more inclined to be mobile. Mine use to crawl up the glass occasionally.

It's definately not a Spaghetti Worm. It could be a Hairworm but I need a closeup. There are a few other things it could be, none of them are harmful to the Zoa.
