I don't doubt they are active.... but they're still a coldwater snail.
Those are Columbellids... I just saw some pics of ones with a red foot.

There's not much to do. They just won't live out their full life expectancy.

Big als is starting to be crappy lol have to find another LFS.. I asked a guy about a cyano problem I have and right away he tried to make me buy something lol.. they also keep running out of ro/di water

It's not just that store. Many vendors sell them.

Yeah but shouldnt they tell peopl they are cold water species..

Unfortunately, there aren't many people who sell them under the appropriate label.

Okay now that the snails are known..
What do you think about those pictures I posted. I was told I have a cyano outbreak, I was wondering if you could look at the Pics that are labled with cyano or w.e and let me know what you think. Some people dont think its cyano when other do.
