ID on the tank walls

Those are pods for sure I had those on two tank setup they will go away after awhile or at least a small popluation of them die down.

there has seem to be a little less of them on the walls though.
 
also, does anybody kno wwhat thes elittle white tube type worms are? maybe little harmless filter feeders? i have them through out the tank. cropped image btw.

They are just part of cycle also if you have fish they will also eat them. They come from mostly the sand they die down cause after there is no more source of food they die off.

I dont have live sand, so i'm thinkin there commin from the LR. I will be converting soon, made the bad mistake of using CC and trying to do a reef, though the CC has been settled for like 2 years and I haven't done a water change in a long time... with no trate problems at all.
