Here is a worm I found. Does anyone know if it is good or bad. I hope its not bad, cause ill probably never find him again.

Not sure, looks almost like a cnidarian; so I'm gonna guess a flatworm. I wouldn't worry much about it unless you start seeing a whole lot or if you start to notice any corals missing or with bites out. It looks tiny, is it?

no, it was about 2'' long. very fast moving.

I can't tell. It could be a Polyclad Flatworm but it also resembles a Chiton.
