ID Please

I was just feeding my fish and notice this tentacle/worm coming out of the rock where the firefsh hides.
The picture is not clear (phone camera), but it is kind of a tentacle or worm of redish color and tiny sort of spikes.
Have a missing royal gramma from aprox. one week ago and have not seen it since then. Could this be the one that took it.

it's a bristleworm. it didn't kill your missing fish, but no doubt helped to clean up it's remains. out of thousands of different species of bristleworms very few are harmful and they are good clean up crew members. if you see 1 ... you have many more.

ive got lots in my tank and they really help keep things clean

thanks for identifying this worms. After the lights went off another three came out.
Does these could became a plague or problem?

No. Their numbers increase rapidly when food is readily available but keep in mind what all that food would do to the water quality if the worms didn't clean it up.
