I know the pics aren't the greatest. It is about 3/4 inch high. Brown. Tube is attached to my rock. Head opens up with feelers around the rim. Closes when scared.

Nope, not that. Just googled majano. This has bristle like stuff around the rim. Whatever it is, it has survived being out of saltwater for about 1 hour, a scrubbing with a brush. Not sure. Please help

kinda of blurry pic but looks like aptasia. ok if fish only tank. bad if coral tank. i take a little of pickling lime from your local wallmart and mix it up into a thick paste and squirt it on to the aptasia. it burns it right up. pickling lime is used for canning veggies. when it disolves in your tank it turns to calcium.

Now seriously, if it is a brown poylp, what do I do? Do I feed it because I have totally neglected it. LOL

Who knows......a good hitchhiker...lol....I got mine from here actually.....I ordered some yellow polyps and they were on the side of it

Can I assume that my water perimeters are good for corals? I am not going to buy anything till I get a reef test kit. Just curious. How long does it take for them to reproduce by budding?

But i haven't feed it anything and it's growing. It's like the Blob. lol Will mysis shrimp work? That is all I have right now. I don't want it to die.
