thes are popping up all over my live rock they are bright white round with hole in middle is ths good or bad things

I see them very well in the picture. Do they have tiny red filters coming out of them? I'm thinking they are Spirorbid Worms.

no not yet jsut started showing up on rock 2 days ago might be to early to see if its the worms is that good?

They are kind of a pain but they are perfectly normal for a Saltwater tank.
