identify star please...

I've got 3012983012 of them in my tank.
got 3 opinions so far, 1 says they are bad, 1 says they will only bother LPS's, 1 says they are great to have.
I know NOTHING about stars.

If they are getting to epic proportions throw a couple Harliquin shrimp in there... They will then the numbers down

Asterina. I doubt it will bother any coral but there are a few that can. I would consider it innocent until you witness otherwise.

yea, havent seen them on any corals...always on the rock and glass, rairly on the sand.
