If I had to leave Canada? (O that would be sad!)
Italy I suppose, I have some family there and can get by with the language. I haven't been since I was very young but it might be a nice change of scenery.
NZ isn't sounding too bad either, looks like a lot of SWF'ers will be there ;)

I would probably go to the United Emirates, Dubai. I have been there numerous times and I love it. There are cops on every corner that all drive Mercedes Benz. I have some family there that is into real estate. I am thinking about it due to our crappy economy, for finance majors like myself.

Finance major
...ahh man, what horrible timing. Naw, stay here. Get in there and make some changes for us
. If there was just ONE person in power that could make reasonable decisions...I thought that person was Colin Powell until he threw his support behind Obama
...Guess we can't be perfect all the time.

Budapest, Hungary...
I've been there several times for work and will be going back for a week in November (this time to Mezokovesd - a short drive from Budapest). The people are friendly, the architecture and history is amazing and the women can be quite stunning

The first time I went, by chance I got there on the same day as the "End of Summer" parade and the Hungarian F1 race was the next day. The city had about a half-million more people than normal and they seriously know how to party. Dozens of flatbed trailers stacked with DJ's, sound systems, lights and dancers were parading through town while thousands were hanging out on the parade route having a good time.
