I'm Back (Maybe)

Greetings all,
It has been quite some time since I've been on here. I used to have a JBJ 24G nano but due to work relocation, graduate school, and all sorts of stuff I had to get rid of it. Looks like I'm in a more stable location now and will be able to start up again.
I'm looking to do a 10g tank mainly because I don't like the cube shape of biocubes or nanocubes. Anybody have tank suggestions? Should I just pick up a random 10g tank on CL? Would anybody trust those 10g tanks sold at Walmart for like $12 dollars? I'm not confident those suckers can handle the pressure. I'm not too worried about money so all suggestions are good as long as its not ridiculous. It as after all just a small 10g tank. Also I'll need a HOB of some kind. What are you guys using?

I have a 10G tank from Walmart...LOL...works for me....I also have a 29G from Walmart....no leaks

ON my 10G I just have a small HOB...also from Walmart.....LOL
WELCOME BACK.....Why not get a 20G or 29G???

Hey Meowzer! I remember you! I want to do a smaller tank because I'm working full time and doing my last year of graduate school at the same time (engineering). They are located quite far apart from each other. At the moment I live closer to school but will most likely relocate in a year (once I graduate) closer to my office. I want to be able to break down and relocate more easily. Thus a smaller tank would be easier for me. Good to hear your tank serves you well. What kind of HOB filter are you using? Did you gut it?

NOPE...on the 10G I use it as it came...with one of those pre-made filters from Walmart...LOL...It is a mixed reef, BUT I have no protein skimmer
Believe it or not......this is the easiest of all my tanks....LOL

as far as the move its not much difference from the 10 to 20 but a 20 is more forgiving and will actually need less than what the 10 gallon will need.
It gives a little more play room.
Welcome back.
