You can tease, LOL, I don't care.
I just don't want anyone else asking why he was banned or why someone else was banned and now they're not, etc. I've gotten PM's about this, etc. It is what it is. One Moderator can't decide to unban someone, we all must agree, and very often we don't.

Heck, if you all couldn't make fun of mods, then mods would be the only ones here! :laughing:
Sometimes, a decision is made to let a former banned member back in. Those rare occasions have usually worked out pretty well. That doesn't mean that we are going to ignore any repeat occurrences of the behavior that got that person banned to begin with. In any case, that is our call.
This is just a hobby board, not the Military.

It has happenned three times if I remember right.....only two of those times has the member remained unbanned......so far.

We've unbanned a handful of times over the near 12 year history of this site. Not exactly excessive. Many times banned members come back under another name and may or may not go undetected. A very few times do we reinstate their original handles. Its not taken lightly, and it doesn't mean that the reinstated member is given a pass.

No this place is Easy going now a differant site I frequent for OTR drivers is like the Gestapo Literally. You say anything bad about certain Members and Prepare to get Banned IP address Blocked and then have your Email address turned over to the Feds. Don't laugh it happened to me I went after one of the Senior guys there that was saying he was a very succesful Business owner yet Proved he was not with his OWN Companies SAFESTAT rating that showed his Authority to even run a truck was Revoked. Next day I had 2 boys from the Loacl FBI over looking at my computer with a report I was downloading less than appropritate Pics of KIDS. This guy was finally arrested for filing False Police Reports with teh Feds.
