My boyfriend of four years proposed to me last night. I always thought I would cry, but it ended up being my fiancee who cried!
Anyway...thought I would share. Wedding date is August 30th, 2010. Only 500 days to go! (according to our web site I already made

Well, he took me to "our" beach at sunset...I honestly wasn't suspicious at all, since we go there a lot, and then he started acting really weird and awkward. I asked him what was up and he said, "I love you Courtney. Will you marry me?" and he cried. I was so shocked but I said "Yes!" right away!

No, it's going to be small. His relatives live overseas and mine live across the country so not that many people are going to be able to make it, just close family.

That should be nice though...sometimes you really can have too many...I like small and cozy.

Why are you waiting so long? Usually brides who wait that long are going to plan a monster wedding. Is there a story behind the wait? Just curious.

Love the smaller, personal weddings. It gives you a chance to save for your house/future.
