Sometimes I can't see any pictures with the posts. They claim there's a picture there and apparently others can see it. What's up?

It means you don't have permission to view the picture. It can be your firewall, the hosting website, etc.
When I'm at work I can't see personal web pages.

Thats only half the facts..If someone posts the pictures as links, and moves that picture or alters it etc., the posts has no way of keeping up with where the picture is, so the link is invalid and gives you the red x

If your looking at OLDER threads/post, they deleted photos around a year ago when they upgraded the program used here....if there newer ones, IDK.
