is it an isopod?

ok had it in the tank it looked like

took out the rock and smashed it because renogaw said it was an isopod!!

also gave me a link to bang guys thread on them so i found it in the rubble and it looks like this

is it an isopod it doesnt look like the picture from the thread. if it is what do i do? and if its not what is it and should i be concerned?
any help is appreciated thanks

It's a Gammarus Amphipod, they are beneficial critters. The more the merrier.
