I have a 1 year and a half old 75g.reef tank with
1Atlantic Tank
1 dominoe Damsel
2 false Clownfish
1 jaw gobie
3 Blue half dominoe
1 Mandrin dragonet
I also have alot of Emerald,Scarlet crabs, and Snails
2 strawberry crabs and 2 starfish 1 blue linkia and 1 Sand shifter.
I also have a large Orange tree sponge.
Am I able to get a or some Sea horses

HMMMM...NO...you need to research seahorses....they need a tank set-up specifically for them

no, your fish are not compatible, Horse tanks need to be kept below 74 degrees, your inverts are not compatible.

That sounds like a beautiful tank. Don't use it for seahorses, just leave it as it is and start a new system for species-only seahorses. As already mentioned, read the three sticky posts, then come on back if you have more questions!
