Is this a worm?

Can someone please let me know what this is? I put this live rock in a few months ago, and these worm like things are showing itself. They are black and white and banded. At first I thought they were baby starfish.....

In the pic I see a bunch of Serpent Starfish arms and a type of Bristleworm commonly called a Coco Worm.

Yes, my coco worm is to the left (thanks), I was taking about the black and white thin looking arms on the rock. Serpent Starfish? Are they ok in reef tanks?

Yep, the Serpent Stars are beneficial scavengers in my opinion.

Serpent starfish. Dont worry I have a bunch in my tank. I even have one living in a zoa colony rock
