Is this diatom?

This tank has been cycling for 30 days & this stuff has been showing up this last week. I used dried reef rock & live sand ...oh please let it be diatom & not the bad algae

Looks like Cyanobacter to me but it's hard to tell from the picture. Does the quantity reduce overnight?

How are you cycling the tank? What are the nitrogenous waste readings? At the 30 day point of a cycle it is most probably diatoms.
