Is this good or bad Alge?

+1 on the idea, not the removal. You can tell the difference by brushing it with your hand. If it comes off really easily and in a mat, that's red slime algea (cyanobacteria). If not, it's red coraline and you're good. To get rid of the cyano, you'll want to upgrade your flow rate and possibly cut down on your lighting schedual. What kind of water do you use? Do you have a phosphate test?

It looks like Cyano to me (red slime algae).
DO NOT USE RED SLIME REMOVER!
Increase flow, and cut back on nutrients. Is this the only spot you see it?

Yes, that was the only spot it was. I sucked it off with a Turkey baster and seems to be staying away.

Same thing as I recommended earlier. You just have to stay on top of it. Increase water changes and/or change your flow, cut back on nutrients (usually feeding too much) and cut back lighting.
