Is this some kind of mushroom starting?

Noticed these little white spots with dark centers popping up all around my tank. What do you think they may be? Also just noticed today that I have some feather dusters (center of picture) that just materialized out of the rocks. Tank has been going now since February 08.

The white things look like Spirorbidae worms.
The "Feather Dusters" look like some type of Hydroid Jellyfish or a colonial Anemone.

are those worms bad? i've got some in my tank and besides being ugly and hard to scrape off the glass are they harmful? my pufer keeps trying to eat them

Spirorbidae are not harmful.
