well, cylynder tanks are a tad different from square ones, but they are also harder to keep and are usually really tall.
so maybe not expensive for a cylinder tank, but for a 120 yes it is.

No way would I pay that. Look online or classifieds and find a set up for a quarter of that cost. I got a 125 with stand and canopy two pumps,3 pwrheads, a heater, 3" live sand on the bottom, and about 100 pounds or more of live rock 2 fish and a bunch of inverts and other misc stuff for 600.00

that's no where near enough lighting.
a new aga tank should cost near $500, stand a couple hundred more. the "canopy" they are saying may or may not be useful, depending on the lights you will go with.
i don't know what the simplicity plus is though...

nah, a wet/dry is max $250. and, it says itself not recommended for coral.
you could easily make your own sump/refugium for about $120.
nothing special so far to make it worth that much.

btw, where about in CT? you'd be surprised, but we actually have a reef society LOL. there are a ton of us doing salt in CT. Also, Fintastic has a used 120 or 125 reef ready, no stand though, going for cheap.

ok I emailed them and asked for a specific type of tank.
I am planning on having just one large type of Angel with live rock and some small colonies of clown fish.

Unless you really want a corner cylinder acrylic tank, then I would put that money towards an awesome large aga or oceanic tank, besides a tank shaped like that doesn't leave great swimming room. For a large angel your going to want six feet of length and wide, they get pretty big. A aga 180 would run me $600, you can buy or build a stand and sump. Wetdrys aren't really preferred because they produce nitrates instead of getting rid of them like a deep sand bed and fuge would. Lighting doesn't matter if your not going reef so anything that allows you to see the fish is good enough.

im about 20 mins south of Hartford...ill give you a hand too when your ready, and like renogaw stated....there are some great deals out there...just have to keep lookin and youll find it!!!
