Unfortunately, Renee is working 4 back-to-back shifts, and as susch, won't be able to be there, but Monday 8/2, I'll be sitting in with The Mark Hix Big Band at STEAMER'S CAFE once again. I'm hoping to get Griffin out there with me, and maybe getting him to sit in again. If you follow that link and click on "Monday", you can hear the band.
However, this weekend, it's back to the new house for more work, work, work...

Griff is in summer band and his teacher came during the second half..... so Griff sat in.

The kid with the glasses to Griffy's right is the second tenor player's son...when i handed my horn to Griffy, he followed suit. It was pretty cool hearing the kids sitting in with the "big boys".
