Really need to try to remember it's not your fault and let their arguments not bother you If you give it some time it will get better I know it is easier said than done but after all the fighting is over it will settle down it has just hit you all at once now and some of it may be taken out on you they don't mean it they are as lost as your are you have to remember that it hurts them too they just might display it differently just keep youre head up
