They "Can" be kept in a 75g as a species tank only, but I can tell you as I have one in a 75g I'd rather have him a 150 or 180 for room to roam.
As for the tankmates, I'd get rid of all of them if your planning on keeping him in anything other than a 180g. The goldentail is the only one that I'd consider as a possible tankmate.
The lion is a slow mover and likely to get attacked, also your eel could get seriously injured. Would you really want to risk a $600+ animal?
And the Jewel is a "possible but with more risk" as they are more agressive than the goldentail and could lead to a stand off that ends with two eels locked in a knot while biting and fighting over territory.
You can look at one of my recent (today) post on the other thread to see the video of the size of one of these guys in a 75g. Trust me he fills the tank.
These are just my opions and others may differ, the final call is yours.
