BUT before people start yelling..This is there temporary tank and in about 1.5 months they will be swimming in a 90g. tank!
Also im convinced that they have a just as much swiming space in the 5g. Hex then a 12g. Nanocube

I was just wondering how many people have happy clowns in small tanks. There was a debate in another thread about it not being possible. I have a clown in a 10 gallon and it's very happy. It's being qt-ed for at least another week before I put it in the 90 gallon. I like clowns in small tanks because they seem to like the smaller tanks.

How do you define happy, right? I think sometimes people think, alive = happy, dead d/n = happy. I have two ocellaris in my ten, hosting in frogspawn, who appear to be happy-although they never tell me so, the little ingrates

But they have warm water, daily food, and enough hiding places in my 10g to at least to keep them entertained. I think, THE BEST we can do as fish keepers, is to keep them safe, fed, and warm. It's up to them to decide if they're happ or not.

1 Maroon and Gold Stripe in my 20 Long for over 3 years. I guess he's happy. As with Laddy, he has never told me so, but he comes to the top and greets me every time I come near the tank. He hosts his 3 BTA's that started as 1 a little over 3 years ago as well.
