Just recieved my hammer and torch and i have a question

I received these items about an 1 1/2 ago and the hammer looks dead. No tentacles at all can be seen as compared to the torch (or my frogspawn previously purchased). Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this? Is it dead? Just looks like a skeleton to me.

First of all put it back in the water....LOL.....some things take longer then others to open after shipping and acclimation
give it a little more time

That was when I took it out of the bag

I've just never received one that looked so receded.

LOL...It's really stressed, so leave it alone and give it a few more days to open up. You got it what 1 1/2 ago...days or hours?

I have had hammers take longer to "perk" up then Frogspawn or torches....not sure why
It looks like there is something on their so ....waiting is what needs to happen....LOL....Make sure you do not put it in too much flow right now too
