That definitely appears to be green star polyps.
Love the starfish as well.
I really like your aquascape but your tank would stand out more if it had a background color.

i am going to do a color i am thinking just black i was going to get it this weekend what do you all think blue or black or should i go with something else i know its pretty much preference

I would definitely say black. Big difference between the colors, in my opinion.

Blue shows off the fish better, but it will not matter once the coraline covers the rear glass.

+3 on the green star polyps, but the reason I answered this post is I believe that is a Elegant Seastar - Fromia Starfish on your tank wall?
If it is you need to monitor around corals and reefs, some starfish are reef and coral safe but I don't believe this on is.
