Kalkwasser dripper clogging up on me!

oh yes.. it happens all the time.
i would be dripping kalkwasser for about two days,
and it would clogg up the next morning, and then i would keep cleaning it out everyday.
its annoying..
i have used the kent aqua doser, and it cloggs up, so then i switched the tube to an I.V. tube, and it lasted about a day longer before clogging up, and its continuously clogging up.
Any suggestions?

Do your have the dripping end of the tube touching any saltwater?

Are you aware of the precipitate that mixes out of the kalk solution when you mix it? I would think that would clog up any thin diameter line. I drilled a hole about an inch from the bottom of a 5g bucket for mine - works pretty well minus the fact as the bucket level drops the pressure changes and I need to adjust my drip rate from the valve. Thinking I'll put 2 in line air valves on the way out as a quick disconnect and then the one going into the tank won't be as fussy.
