My dad is home and they are trying like 6 diff. meds. to control his BP. He takes them at 8am&pm, 9am&pm, 12noon and 4pm. wow!! I hope this works!! he has parkinsons and has been a heart patient for 13yrs, had a quad bi-pass about 12yrs ago, we call him the energizer bunny, and the timex....he just keeps on tickin!!
he has a great sence of humor about all of it. I told him we were going to buy him drum sticks for his b-day so people would think his arms move so much because he is a drummer, like I said our family has a weird sence of humor

At the rate I'm going, I may as well marry my job because I spend 75% of my time there anyway! I think my boss truly likes it that way!

I am sooo glad that your Dad is home from the hospital. Hopefully, with each day, he will get stronger and feeling better. I will continue to keep him in my thoughts and prayers. You stay strong and positive for him too!~

Those mushrooms got bigger overnight! I did some rearranging and saw some loose ones floating around too. Something tells me that I am going to regret getting that huge rock with all of those mushrooms on it.

na they wouldn't be that much of a problem and if u get a explosion u can always get them off its easy.
lmao 75% at work u should ask for a bigger office and a bed heheh. Or u should buy another tank and say it's work related expense.

tank looks great.
if u get more of those yellow sponges u should chuck them into the sump with LR, i looked at my sump and there are alot of white sponges.
man ur LR will be supper purple in no time, i looked at the old pics of when i first put LR in my tank and they are all pure white lmao at least they have color now=P.

Well, I couldn't leave well enough alone and got bored today, so I played with the aquascape. There certainly are lots of nooks and crannies and swim throughs now, but I'm not totally happy with it and think that I am going to go play with it again.

Parameters remain the same today:
Temp:80.7
Ammonia: 0
PH: 8.2
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
SG: 1.024
I'm going to go ahead and add my CUC on Tuesday because I expect this thing to go through some diatom stuff soon, I imagine.

I MAY bring home a frag or two from my 29 and see how they do in here.
Anyway... here is the mess I made today. Gonna go play with it again now...

I'm a Christian and I do try to live my life accordingly, but I admit to having a serious case of road rage, and now, I do believe I have a serious case of aquascape rage too!

I did change it all around again, and I decided that I'm just gonna keep it that way, like it or not because it's not going to stay that way anyway!
I know that when I start adding corals, it's gonna constantly change around.
Now the lights went out on the tank, so I'm gonna have to wait until tomorrow to take another pic.

Ahhhhhh!!

Can I just say again that I am extremely frustrated?!?!?!

I NEVERRRRRRR should have messed with the aquascaping today!
The first time was the charm.... can you believe that the first way was exactly that? I just put the rocks into the tank as they came to me from the box and stacked them that way and took a step back and loved it. NOW look at it!

But you know what?? I can never get it back the same way again, so I'm just gonna give up and let it stay the way that it is now. Corals will change the look of it anyway, right??

I'm gonna see if I can get a quick pic...

Anyway, I turned the light back on for a min to take a pic. This is how I am leaving it and this is how it's going to stay, whether I like it or not because I've GOT to remember that it will all look toooootally different when I start adding corals....
and yeah, the mushrooms are just a tad upset right now!

well i did like it the first time and i know what u mean, when i first got LR i just threw it in and it turned out great then when i tryed to mess with it it sucked.
it looks pretty now so i think ur good.

awwwww you and I are sooo much alike!! I also get P*&^% off when I re-arrange my rock! I am not just saying this to make you feel better,but I really do like the way it looks
I like the big opening at the top and I can see allot of cool spots for corals! You know what you are right if you don't like it now you will when you add corals, remember what I went thru? to tell you the truth I didn't like mine at all to start , but now I do! I would never lie to you Kat, I like it

you know what? I just looked at the orig. pic .......... this looks much better!!!!!!! really... i went back and forth between the 2 pic's and this seems better. hum who da thunk it?

I am really liking the aquascaping. I have changed mine around 4 times now in my bc14, and every time I get enraged. My wife now knows when I my hands are in the tank, and rock is in buckets, and I am cursing up a storm, to leave me be. I will post some new pics of my updates soon.

Well, the first time was the charm for me too. I should have left it the way it was. Lesson learned.

still not happy with it, but I've decided to leave it alone....

Well, I certainly appreciate your comment.

Yeah, I was just fussin' rearranging the rocks last night. I was not a happy camper at all. I'm gonna cover that sucker up with lots of flowy stuff, so it will hide it all anyway.
