If you think it can wait....then wait....if not...do you have a regular rubber glove? I use them, and put a rubberband around my wrist to keep the water out
I know mom! I really need to!
I have no time what so ever lol.. I hit 35 hours in 3 days at work this week (sunday to today + I got 2 more shifts 2moprro and sat.) I hit 20+ hours in 2 days last week (friday sat). I've been getting about 5-6 hours of sleep everynight nothing more sometimes less. Work then theres always something that I have to do after work! Its horrible! I WANT SCHOOL!!!!!!!!
But good idea on the gloves.. I think I'm just going to wait it out though. Doesnt the rubber band make your hands numb after a while? Cutting off the blood to them lol. But like I said up above,, the corals look happy so I think I can wait it out. I'll just do a major cleanning on sat or sunday.

Yeah I know they have that stuff.. they used it to patch upmy arm in a hockey game when I needed stiches.
BUT I'm too cheap to buy that stuff, plus I think its useless. I grew up with never using band aids when cut. My dad grew up on a farm in Greece, they never ever used that kinda stuff, it was seen as unnecesary. I dont even have regular bandaids! lol
The only time you should use bandaids is when you initially get cut, so it helps stop the bleeding, then you hsould take it off and let the air do its work to heal it.

lol I got stitches on my left index finger in a cut that looked just like that!!! Cutting carrots when I was 15, whoops. I love your tank, I have a 10 gal tank also. Hopefully some day it will look like yours. Do you add any additives to your water besides for buffering the ph, alk, and calcium?

LOL I was cutting carrots at the time also! Wierd thing is its on my right index finger but one the left side. I'm right handed and its nearly impossible to get the cut I did! lol I'm still trying to figure out how it happend lol. All I know is the carrot moved the knife slipped and I felt a sting and out came the blood lol. It still bleeds every so often so I think I did need stiches, oh well it owuldnt be the first time lol.
Thanks for the comment! I dont add anything at all to the tank. I leave everything as is, just regular %10+ weekly water changes.

Carrots can be dangerous. Thats awesome you don't have to add anything!! Helps to clean your cut out with Hydrogen Peroxide and it's really cheap. Neosporin really does work too but costs more.
