For some strange reason not known to me, my roses wouldn't eat sliversides, they'd just drop them so I don't buy them anymore.

Because they are not fish eaters. Sure, some of the BTAs will readily accept silversides, but they are not fish eaters. Very few anemones actually are. Some web sites recommend silversides, but many people will actually tell you that they are a very poor choice as a food. Small crustations (like cyclop-eeze pr cyclops) are their main diet and a good choice. They need the exoskeleton in their diet.

LOL...It is made by Sallys, it is for fish, corals, featherdusters, anemones, damsels, clownfish, gobies, blennys, tetras etc....
Ingredients: Cyclops...I bought it cause soemone recommended it a while back.
There are a few companies jumping on the Argent band wagon. Argent are the producers of the awesome cyclop-eeze (a bright red tiny crustation) The others may be a good choice, and a nutritional diet, but IME, I havent had the feeding response that I get when I use the original.

not to mention that the un-eaten food will foul the water quickly in a tank that is heavily UNDERSKIMMED

I realize a lot of people don't like Seaclone's, but I do...I have had no problems, and they pull lots of stuff out, telling me they work. Anyway, it is what I have so I have to deal with it.

Thats your call, but if they continue to pull lots of stuff out, they arent keeping up and should be telling you that they do work, but not nearly good enough.
This thread isnt about skimmers though, I was just pointing out that you might not want to overfeed something that is not eating, for fear of degrading water quality.
