ok cause I asked my LFS if they could get them and he said he would try . . . .
then he tells me he gets one in . . . I'm thinking only one?
This thing is a good four inches from end to end . . . this thing is huge!!!
I didn't buy it because I don't think that its a keyhole limpet.

Are yall talking about cold water?We had some in our cold tank that were a couple inches,I have seen them in the wild up to about three inches but thats in the Pacific Ocean. I know gumboot chitons get big have seen specimen about 8 inches.

Definitely not a chiton . . . I looked at the back and it sure looked like a keyhole, but I am still not too sure. Plus the back wasn't "plated" like a chiton. They do have a 5" chiton though in one of their display's.
Do you have pics of one?
I'll try to get a pic from the LFS this week as I'm sure they still have the thing
