leather coral help, might get rid of..

the leather is thick and not losing its mass, but its tentacles i guess their called arent coming out and its just smooth up top.. he has like white spots ontop as if sum1 dropped a powdered donut on it, is that something i should worry about.

Does it have good flow? Leathers shed (peel) their skin periodically.
Do you have a pic?
