LED's How long are you running them

Just curious what everyone is doing with the LED night lights on their tanks.
How long do you run them and do you give the tank any period of total darkness?

I run mine 24 hours of the day. Most LEDs have a lifespan of 100,000 hours, so I won't be replacing them anytime soon.

Mine go on at 9:55 p.m. and off at 6:30 a.m. 5 minutes before and after the actinics come on and off
