YIKES! I would HIGHLY suggest a cleaner shrimp. They are an invert so they can't get ich, but they will eat it... I would pick up some sort of medication...post this issue in the disease forum and let Beth help you out! Are you positive it is ich?

Doesn't look as bad as it sounded, but it still should be treated. Take some close ups of the fish and put it in the disease forum and Beth will help u out. It does look like ich from what I can see.
