Tangs, especially hippo's are swimmers . As they get bigger they require more and more space to swim. This is why its recommended for hippos to be in a 6ft long tankwhen they get big. Right now your prombly fine with it in a 90. Just later on down the road you'll either need to upgrade, or trade him in.
