you are either rather tall or... heavy-boned
if it was from the wedding, it was still only a year ago. how much damage could a year do?

Crap now I am in a sticky situation........
Ok if you are between 4"-5" anything over 160 is unhealthy. Anything under 110 is unhealthy. Everything in between are normal. This is just my opinion.
If you are shorter than that, then I have no firckin clue what is good!!
If you are taller you got a whole more to work with!! Damn you tall women!!

Me, I am 5"3 and YES WOMEN I AM GOING TO SAY IT!!!! am 174 UNHEALTHY. I have had three children and I am officially working my way down. I weighed in at a hefty 206 after my son was born. Yes AFTER!!
So I have lost 32 pounds. I plan to lose 40 more. I have officially started eating properly and have attemtpted to start working out...........

But I refuse to kill myself doing it. I was a size 6 before and I can be one again. But I would rather be a 7-8.

it's like this: for the first 5' you are, you're supposed to be 100 lbs, and for every inch after, you add 5 lbs... something like that, but that's only for women... don't know about men. All i know is that my hubby is 207 now, and when he was a body builder, he weighed less than he does now... he's so fat!

at this time, the US is the most health conscious, but also the fattest we've ever been (on average)... isn't that funny.
and kelly, that average is probably like that because of all those 500-600lb people...
