I know this is kind of a late response but about the misbehaving kids thing. No parents shouldn't let or encourage kids to act up but I have 4 kids who know that if they are wanting to act up to do it in public because I am so darn scared to even yell at them afraid someone is going to call the cops on me!! Thats another pet peeve. Don't let your kid act up but if you get caught punishing them you are going to have to go to jail!!

It is so you can take notes and decipher things later on your own time.
Pet peeve, women that won't feed me grapes because they don't fit into my personal preferences, and people that don't understand common sense things....like taking notes.

i get the cliche, but it doesn't make sense, because if i can keep up with the conversation, i don't have to take notes, but if i can't keep up with the conversation, i can't take notes because i can't keep up, and you have to account for the time it takes to write it all down... so in all it's impossible to take notes if you can't keep up...
