"No" on the Anemone.
If you place the corals you have directly under the light and high up on a rock then they might be OK. I do not suggest that you get more corals.

The anemone, zoas and the leather will require much more lighting. Especially the anemone. Mushrooms will possibly be okay. You will get more experienced advice from others.

are compact FL bulbs good to use ?
They are excellent for Nano tank and specialized applications. For your tank they are good but not as good as the T5 you already have. You just don't have enough bulbs.

Would 2 more t-5 be good or how about 2 150 watt compact fl bulbs?

no, i have a toadstool and a bunch of zoas and palys in my 14g BC. which is a total of 48 watts, and a very low PAR value. i think 110 watts i an 80g is enough. Not for an anemone though.

They may live with this amount of light, but I'm not so sure about thriving... Add at least 2 more on an 80 gallon, especially on a tall. For good, fairly fast growth, add 4. An 8 bulb fixture would be pretty darned nice!
