Lighting Question? Help......

I just received my new upgraded light fixture and I am planning on hanging from the ceiling but my question is....How high should the light be suspended above the water surface??? Advice greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Oh, here are the specs on the light:
2x250 watt 2x54w 2x54w 9/9 60" x 15" x 4.25" 729 watts total
I have a 125 g 60 x 18 x 24 deep.

The closer it is the more light will enter the water.
The closer it is the more often you'll need to clean off the bulb covers.

Thanks. How long should I run the T5HO and HQI and should one go on or off before the other? Thanks

t-5 on first. id run the t-5 12hrs a day. MH you can run like 4-6 hrs a day.
