lighting

I have a 55g tank. It is new about 1 month. It has cycled and I have 2 clown fish,and a few different types of crabs and shrimp. My goal is to have corals, anenomes. I know it is too early for that but in preparation what type of lighting would be best for a full blown reef tank. Any help would be grat. Thanks

A pair of 175 watt MH with VHO actinics or a pair of 250 watt MH.

yeah MH are the best for reefs, i persobnaly like HQI bulbs because they generate on less electricity while being brighet, dual 150w HQIs, or dual 250W HQIs are bother really good!
