thanks for the reply for me kaye wow i should get on here more often lol.as for my experiences with lions i have kept them since the beginning of this hobby of 5 yrs and counting.when it comes to dietary research i have done extencive research for all of my fish i keep 2 being volitan lions .as for freeze dried krill its ok as a snack type food for the over endulgers but the process of freeze drying food does remove essential vit and minerals naturally harbored within them frozen variety is always the most benaficial for of marine foods.as for ghost shrimp be advized that these shrimp are of fresh water variety and will not harbor alot of the same minerals needed by marine species for long term health..if you insist on feeding them live foods please check around and find the marine feeder shrimps they look identical to ghost shrimp but grow in sw which will give your fish better nutrients.avoid any fw species as a food source for all marine fish.. the key is not to gorge your fish when feeding daily or alternate daily feeding.. you must give these fish a large variety of foods to ensure that they are getting a full balenced diet of every thing they need.pic 1 is lionel pic 2 is jr i have had jr for 2 1/2 yrs lionel i have had for a little over 2 he was 2 inches at time of purchase
