Little bugs? ID?

Hey,
I just found these little bugs (pods) that I have no Idea what they are. These guys are tiny. Probably less than 1mm long. It looks like there body is in 2 parts. The top (head maybe?) is red and the bottom is a dark grey/black. It juts around pretty quickily. I've tried searching but havent found anything that looks like them and my camera isnt good enough to get a photo. There are about the size of baby brine or even smaller. Just hoping they arent parasites or anything. I think they came on a new pice of live rock.

they swin in a darting motion. Some of them look like brine shrimp while they are breeding. Two of them are kinda connected together and they are still swimming in the same motion when they are connected. Most of them swim near the surface of the water. They are not yet in my main tank, so I dont want to put them in if they'll be a probalem. But I would love having some more diverse population of pods.
